The City of Waseca’s Northeast Park needed to expand its capacity.
Innovative Design
This project provided three new amenities. The first was a new 150 occupancy pavilion. Second, a new restroom building was added, located centrally between the new pavilion, playground equipment, and soccer fields. Finally, new trails and a plaza were provided. These additions completed the improvements originally envisioned in the park’s Master Plan.
