DESIGNER
Madison joined the Engan team in 2025, bringing a strong passion for creative design and thoughtful problem solving.
Raised in the Willmar area she grew up enjoying time on the lake, swimming, and fishing – experiences that shaped her appreciation for the environment and her community. Outside of work, Madison enjoys crafting, pottery, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Her path to architecture felt natural, blending her artistic interests with a desire to create meaningful, functional spaces. She has a deep appreciation for user experience and values the opportunity to positively impact people’s daily lives through the built environment. She values collaboration as a key part of the design process, believing that the best solutions emerge through shared ideas and perspectives. Madison is currently working toward completing her NCARB requirements and architectural licensure.
