Andy got his start in the business at a young age, shadowing Richard (his father and Engan Associates’ founder) on construction sites. He joined the firm in 2007 and now leads the business with Richard. He has a passion for understanding the intricacies of how buildings work.
Andy enjoys volunteering with community organizations and initiatives. He also loves time in the woods or on the boat.
